Typically many years in garages and light commercial areas when properly prepped and maintained. Topcoats extend life.
Standard epoxies can amber with UV exposure. For sun exposed areas we recommend a polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat.
Light foot traffic after 24 hours, heavy objects and vehicles usually after 3 to 7 days depending on system and temperature.
We can add non slip media and choose gloss levels to suit the use of the space.
